Telkom is always in a search of promising new talents and young potential workers, especially those interested in communication. They are having bursaries with the intention to attract potential and academically excellent individuals to continue their education and have a bright promising career in the future. Any interested candidates of Telkom bursary are allowed to study in any university they want, including taking the subjects at Technology University. While getting the bursary, the candidates will also work for Telkom for a certain period of time whose value is similar to the value of the bursary they get.
Bursaries are available for first year to fourth year students. Telkom Foundation itself was founded in 1998 with the main goal to assist young talents from disadvantaged background and community to reach their dream and change their standard of living. Although candidates are free to study in any university they want, the covered subjects are only for business and engineering. Bursaries generally cover the housing, tuition fee, transport, and also meal.
