SETA bursaries is basically a part of education trainings in the NSDS (National Skills Development Strategy) with the mail goal of making the participants skillful in the real practice. One of SETA Bursaries is FoodBev SETA Bursary program, its main goal is to facilitate, promote, and assist skills development within the food production and processing, including the food and beverage sector. It is one of the 21 sectors across the national economy platform set to produce skillful human resources.

According to the SDA (Skills Development Act), the SETA bursary program is intended to develop South African workforce, improve the quality of their life as well as their work prospect, improve the productivity of the workplace, and also promote self employment. Students that mostly take subjects on the food and beverage industry can apply. Those with excellent academic ability are encouraged to participate because this program is intended only for undergraduate students, especially those in the first year. In order to qualify, participants must be first year students and unemployed. A proof of financial assistance and excellent academic record can be an additional point. This program is intended for students with no other awards, scholarships, or financial assistance. I am Felicia Mtshweni,born 1996-10-24.Grow up and staying at Mpumalanga.I was raised by a single parent(mother) and supported by my grandmother…I completed matric 2015 at Star of hope school.And didn’t go to any varsity due to financial issues.I am looking forward in pursuing a career in Accounting or Bcom in Economics.can momentum please assist me in 2017
