Department of Public Works Bursaries

department of public works bursary

Department of Public Works has some bursaries/programmes to support those in needs of education to get degree and diplomas. With bursaries, those are possible. The bursaries offer lots of fields of studies options such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Land Surveying, Geomatics, Town and Regional Planning, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying and Transport Studies which can be used to help the country in the future. You must be a citizen of South Africa with valid ID to apply and you must be undergraduates – those are the only one who can apply. The bursary will pay most of your expense from registration and administration fees, tuition fees, practical training, attendance of bridging courses, travelling, meals, and accommodation fees, and prescribed text books. However, Department of Public Works is not responsible of the additional books fees. The duration of this bursary is 12 months or more. Don’t forget to submit it before the closing date which is 30 November 2016. If you were still confused and have lots of questions on your mind right now, visit this document for contacts details. We wish you good luck!

  1. I’m desperately need a bursary from your programme very much but the problem its more like so limited when it comes to field of studies reason of saying that it is that , I m doing psychology as a first year in uwc and I believe that every single sponsors or bursaries need to include psychology as it may help in making sure that everyone is secured and relieved from work load and crisis. I as a psychology student I would like to be given a chance or send me to the most relevant bursary sponsors.
